Amazing customer service
Some of the pipe covers that I ordered have broke in the process of the installation. They understood the problem and I have received the replacement in a few days time!

Excellent Customer Service and Advice
We were let down by a supplier at short notice and Sue went above and beyond to help us select an alternative floor. Nothing was to much trouble, samples sent quickly and lots of advice for selection of stains etc. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Vanilla again.
