We are open! 

Here at Vanilla Wood Floors we are continuing to trade, but we are facing a few challenges so please bear with us.

First and foremost, we’re looking after our staff while they’re working harder than usual to make sure your orders get to you. We’ve implemented strict social distancing measures for those who are here.

Calls

Although we’re delighted to be able to help, we’ve seen a dramatic increase in customer telephone calls, and if you’ve phoned us recently, you’ll know that we’re taking longer to answer. We understand it’ll be frustrating if you’re trying to place an order and we’d strongly recommend you place your orders online and email enquiries to info@vanillawoodfloors.co.uk where we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.

Deliveries

Our couriers are currently seeing extremely high parcel volumes throughout their network. Their operational colleagues are working tirelessly to ensure that their service levels remain high and that services are not disrupted whilst ensuring that they comply with social distancing policies throughout their operation and warehouses.

The well-being of customers, staff and communities are of paramount importance. 'Accepted at Delivery Point' is the standard offering to minimise physical contact between drivers and members of the public. To ensure the provision of the best service possible in these unprecedented times they have extended their delivery window up until 8pm, 7 days a week

While working to keep everyone safe, and continually reviewing operational processes. Couriers will continue delivering parcels for our customers but there may be disruptions to some services under the current conditions.
