I ordered with Vanilla Floors for the first time as my usual supplier for Osmo products was not able to trade in the same way during lockdown. Vanilla had a reasonably priced option for a fast delivery and it did arrive nice and fast. Also, very helpfully they included an Osmo products guide brochure. Thank you. I’ve learned lots about the aftercare products available. The Osmo application rollers by the way are superb and do not shed fibres into your varnish unlike many other brands.

Ordered some items for next day delivery. Due to current virus situation dhl did not actually deliver next day but was only one day later. However on contacting Sue in sales she contacted dhl and kept me informed of what was happening. Very efficient and helpful. Items arrived well packaged and as ordered. Would definitely use vanilla again thank you.
